What Is a Construction Certificate?
A Construction Certificate (or CC) is basically your green light to start building. It’s what you need after you’ve got your Development Approval (DA), but before you start pouring concrete or swinging a hammer.
It confirms your plans and documents meet all the codes, like the Building Code of Australia, and matches what the council originally approved.
Want to apply directly? You can also do it online via Service NSW.
How Long Does a Construction Certificate Take?
If everything’s ready to go, we can usually issue a Construction Certificate within 5 to 10 working days.
